Down a winding beach road, nestled in a quiet tree rimmed cove, you'll discover a charming Cape Cod style beach house... just At Water's Edge. This storybook waterfront setting is the perfect place to escape the ordinary.

Tucked among evergreens, bordered by a cranberry bog-tree farm, At Waters Edge has a private beach with a large furnished deck that seems to float just above the blue water. Gulls and hawks soar aloft, while ducks and swans paddle about, delighting us with their graceful take offs and landings.

Butterflies flutter in the gardens, squirrels and rabbits scamper about, birds, deer peek from behind the trees, and frogs, cicadas and a babbling brook provide the soundtrack. And, now and then, pheasants and wild turkeys make an appearance, just to keep things lively.

There are gorgeous water and bog views from the house, yard, decks, great room, guest bedroom, and dining area. The casually elegant furnishings allow you to put your feet up, relax, and enjoy the view.

Dressed in a crisp, clean white, our guest room features a king bed, comfy wicker chairs, sliding glass door with a garden view and private bath with shower. The sitting room, with its wall of glass looking out to the water, offers a large sofa, 55" flat screen, Cable TV, DVD, and courtesy mini-kitchen.

After a morning walk, you may want to curl up in an adirondack chair on the beach, feet up, book in hand, and a cool drink beside you. Or you may prefer a morning swim, or a bit of paddleboating or kayaking. Or perhaps you fancy sailing the sunfish, or biking along the Cape Cod Canal. Did we forget to mention the fishing?
